Existing Thin-Film Technologies

Thin-film and polycrystalline currently provides the best cost advantage for residential solar installs. Where surface area is a constraint monocrystalline is more efficient and therefore more suitable. All our systems carry a full 25 year warranty and are rated to withstand the harshest of weather conditions. To have an evaluation scheduled for your house, contact our sales department.

3.4 Kw Grid-tied System

The residential 3.4 Kw system is the most commonly installed system in the Austin area. This system takes full advantage of Austin Energy rebates and the federal tax credit. Our system produces approximately 560 kwhs of renewable energy in summer months that results in a monthly electric bill savings of about $60. Our system pays for itself in approximately 6 years.

1.0 Kw Grid-tied System

The residential 1 Kw system is the smallest system that qualifies for the Austin Energy rebate and the federal tax credit. Our system produces approximately 160 kwhs of renewable energy in summer months that results in a monthly electric bill savings of about $20. Our system pays for itself in approximately 7 years.
